Saudi Arabia stocks higher at close of trade; Tadawul All Share up 0.67%

At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share gained 0.67% to hit a new 6-months high.

The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Arabian Contracting Services Company CJSC (TADAWUL:4071), which rose 7.06% or 12.00 points to trade at 182.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Saudia Dairy and Foodstuff .Co (TADAWUL:2270) added 5.53% or 18.60 points to end at 354.80 and Etihad Etisalat Co (TADAWUL:7020) was up 4.93% or 2.30 points to 48.95 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Anaam International Holding Group (TADAWUL:4061), which fell 7.87% or 0.10 points to trade at 1.17 at the close. Al Baha Investment and Development Company SJSC (TADAWUL:4130) declined 5.56% or 0.01 points to end at 0.17 and Saudi Arabian Amiantit Co. (TADAWUL:2160) was down 5.23% or 2.80 points to 50.70.

Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 170 to 94 and 14 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for August delivery was up 1.34% or 0.98 to $73.97 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in September rose 1.04% or 0.81 to hit $78.50 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract rose 0.43% or 8.35 to trade at $1,939.35 a troy ounce.

EUR/SAR was unchanged 0.09% to 4.12, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.01% to 3.75.

The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.05% at 101.60.
