Israel stocks lower at close of trade; TA 35 down 0.90%

At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 35 lost 0.90%.

The best performers of the session on the TA 35 were Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd (TASE:TEVA), which rose 1.34% or 44.00 points to trade at 3,325.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Ormat Technologies (TASE:ORA) added 0.78% or 240.00 points to end at 31,010.00 and Enlight Renewable Energy Ltd (TASE:ENLT) was up 0.54% or 33.00 points to 6,183.00 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Energean Oil & Gas PLC (TASE:ENOG), which fell 4.73% or 284.00 points to trade at 5,726.00 at the close. Shikun & Binui (TASE:SKBN) declined 4.65% or 41.20 points to end at 846.00 and Big Shopping Centers Ltd (TASE:BIG) was down 3.70% or 1,250.00 points to 32,550.00.

Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 314 to 158 and 29 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for June delivery was down 1.26% or 0.92 to $72.24 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in July fell 1.45% or 1.12 to hit $75.89 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract rose 0.29% or 5.80 to trade at $2,039.00 a troy ounce.

USD/ILS was up 0.92% to 3.67, while EUR/ILS rose 0.47% to 4.02.

The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.30% at 101.46.
