Shares of Ford were up 2% in afternoon trade.
The latest increase takes the base model’s price to $59,974, nearly 50% higher than when the truck was launched last year.
The Detroit automaker earlier this month resumed production of the F-150 Lightning after it recalled 18 electric trucks due to a battery-cell manufacturing defect.
Earlier on Thursday, Automotive News reported that Ford raised prices of some Lightning models, including the base model.
Ford was not immediately available for further comment on the price hikes.
