Well, that was fast.

A year and a half after picking up a pricey Pacific Palisades property, the “French Exit” star Michelle Pfeiffer and her husband, TV producer David E. Kelley, have changed course and decided to part with the home. It’s now on the market for $25 million.

The newly built abode was purchased in January 2020 for $22.25 million in an off-market deal, through a limited liability corporation tied to Kelley, according to Mansion Global.

Designed by Steve Giannetti in 2019, Napoli House, as it’s known, contains seven bedrooms, 10.5 bathrooms, and a roomy 10,329 square feet. On just over a third of an acre, the lot overlooks the Riviera Country Club.

Built to emulate a Mediterranean-style villa, the space melds “Old World charm” with modern elements, a neutral palette, walls of glass, and plenty of access outside.

The layout offers seamless indoor-outdoor living, with unobstructed views of outdoor space from the great room, and extended seating for outdoor dining.

An airy kitchen boasts a Lacanche Sully Range imported from France, built-in Wolf ovens, and multiple islands, which overlook the living and dining area. A large wall of glass disappears to connect with the outside.

In the formal living room, there’s a beamed ceiling, as well as a wall that completely opens outside, with room for lounging outdoors.

Other highlights include a formal dining room, an office, gym, a home theater, and wine cellar. The upstairs master bedroom comes with a fireplace and balcony, and a huge bathroom with a stand-alone soaking tub.

The space also includes guest quarters, a four-car garage, and an art studio. Outdoor areas offer space for dining and entertaining, as well as an infinity-edge pool, gardens, and grassy lawns.

The couple have other real estate deals in the works. They placed another home in Pacific Palisades on the market for $7.3 million. And they’re bidding adieu to a 340-acre property in British Columbia, according to Architectural Digest. They also sold off their long-time horse property in Woodside, CA, for $22 million in 2020.

The iconic actress has starred in such notable films as “The Age of Innocence” and “Married to the Mob,” as well as playing Catwoman in “Batman Returns.” More recently, she’s appeared in the Marvel movies “Ant-Man and the Wasp” and “Avengers: Endgame.”

Kelley’s credits include producing the hit series “Big Little Lies,” Alley McBeal,” and “Boston Legal.”
