Secretary of State Mike Pompeo dismissed questions about preparations for a foreign-policy transition toward the team of President-elect Joe Biden.
Asked on Tuesday whether the State Department is hampering a smooth transition to a Biden administration, Mr. Pompeo said with a smile, “There will be a smooth transition to a second Trump administration.”
