NMC Health PLC said Monday that it has received approaches from Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. KKR, -0.73% and GK Investment Holding Group SA regarding possible offers for the company.
The FTSE-100 listed private health-care company NMC, +9.94% said the approaches are highly preliminary, but noted that no proposals have yet been made by either potential offeror.
The company said there have been no discussions as to the terms of any possible offer, and that there can’t be any certainty that any offer, or its terms, will be made for the company.
