At the close in Tel Aviv, the fell 1.41%.
The best performers of the session on the were Bazan Oil Refineries Ltd (TASE:), which rose 2.00% or 3.2 points to trade at 163.1 at the close. Meanwhile, Elbit Systems Ltd (TASE:) added 0.85% or 450 points to end at 53200 and Mizrahi Tefahot (TASE:) was unchanged 0.00% or 0 points to 9330 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Tower Semiconductor Ltd (TASE:), which fell 4.62% or 397 points to trade at 8200 at the close. Delek Group (TASE:) declined 4.03% or 2020 points to end at 48050 and Isramco Negev 2 LP (TASE:) was down 3.46% or 1.8 points to 50.2.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 352 to 53 and 18 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for March delivery was down 3.01% or 1.63 to $52.56 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in April fell 3.02% or 1.81 to hit $58.08 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract rose 0.48% or 7.55 to trade at $1579.45 a troy ounce.
USD/ILS was up 0.15% to 3.4589, while EUR/ILS rose 0.12% to 3.8102.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.13% at 97.775.
