The best performers of the session on the were Perrigo (TASE:), which rose 2.76% or 500 points to trade at 18620 at the close. Meanwhile, Leumi (TASE:) added 2.13% or 52 points to end at 2490 and Poalim (TASE:) was up 2.05% or 56 points to 2791 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Delek Group (TASE:), which fell 2.54% or 1210 points to trade at 46350 at the close. Israel Corp (TASE:) declined 2.52% or 1750 points to end at 67800 and International Flavors & Fragrances Inc (TASE:) was down 2.46% or 1180.00 points to 46710.00.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 200 to 178 and 36 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for January delivery was up 0.22% or 0.13 to $59.15 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in February rose 0.03% or 0.02 to hit $64.27 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract rose 0.32% or 4.65 to trade at $1469.55 a troy ounce.
USD/ILS was up 0.40% to 3.4790, while EUR/ILS rose 0.62% to 3.8570.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.14% at 97.477.
