The worst performers were Rheinmetall AG (DE:) which was down 7.05% to 96.020 in late trade, Leoni AG (DE:) which lost 3.08% to settle at 12.280 and Siltronic AG (DE:) which was down 2.99% to 74.740 at the close.
The top performers on the TecDAX were Draegerwerk VZO O.N. (DE:) which rose 2.92% to 56.350, Carl Zeiss Meditec AG (DE:) which was up 1.44% to settle at 106.000 and Cancom SE O.N. (DE:) which gained 1.37% to close at 51.750.
The worst performers were Medigene NA O.N. (DE:) which was down 4.40% to 5.430 in late trade, SLM Solutions Group AG (DE:) which lost 4.14% to settle at 13.90 and Nordex SE O.N. (DE:) which was down 3.43% to 12.400 at the close.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange by 435 to 235 and 90 ended unchanged.
Shares in Muench. Rueckvers. VNA O.N. (DE:) rose to all time highs; rising 0.43% or 1.10 to 257.80.
