Dow Jones Newswires: Germany’s Wirecard raises 2025 targets

Germany’s Wirecard AG said Tuesday that it raised its targets for 2025, citing strong growth and its cooperation with Japanese technology giant SoftBank Group Corp. 9984, +0.99%  .

The payments company WDI, +3.21%  targets group revenues of more than 12 billion euros ($13.17 billion), compared with a previously announced 2025 revenue outlook of at least EUR10 billion.

It expects earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization for the same year of more than EUR3.8 billion, up from at least EUR3.3 billion prior.

The forecasted transaction volume was raised to more than EUR810 billion from EUR710 billion, the company said.
