EEOC sues UPS for disability discrimination in hiring

(Reuters) – The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) said on Friday it was suing United Parcel Service (NYSE:UPS) for disability discrimination in hiring.

UPS did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
