The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were ISS A/S (CSE:ISS), which rose 2.82% or 3.80 points to trade at 138.70 at the close. Meanwhile, Carlsberg A/S B (CSE:CARLb) added 1.87% or 19.00 points to end at 1,036.00 and GN Store Nord (CSE:GN) was up 1.67% or 2.80 points to 170.80 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were AP Moeller – Maersk A/S B (CSE:MAERSKb), which fell 3.90% or 555.00 points to trade at 13,675.00 at the close. AP Moeller – Maersk A/S A (CSE:MAERSKa) declined 3.52% or 490.00 points to end at 13,430.00 and DSV Panalpina A/S (CSE:DSV) was down 1.01% or 15.00 points to 1,474.00.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 82 to 57 and 22 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for September delivery was up 1.18% or 0.89 to $76.54 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in September rose 1.08% or 0.86 to hit $80.50 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract fell 0.42% or 8.25 to trade at $1,962.65 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.13% to 6.70, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.00% to 7.45.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.26% at 100.86.
