Stock gainers:
Lennar Corp. shares LEN were rising 4% in midday trading after the homebuilder reported results that topped Wall Street expectations and hiked its delivery forecast for the year. Wedbush raised its price target for Lennar shares to $123 from $94 Wednesday.
