Israel stocks higher at close of trade; TA 35 up 0.29%

At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 35 gained 0.29%.

The best performers of the session on the TA 35 were NICE Ltd (TASE:NICE), which rose 2.23% or 1,480.00 points to trade at 67,790.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Mivne Real Estate KD Ltd (TASE:MVNE) added 1.94% or 20.00 points to end at 1,053.00 and ICL Israel Chemicals Ltd (TASE:ICL) was up 1.71% or 39.00 points to 2,317.00 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Bezeq Israeli Telecommunication Corp Ltd (TASE:BEZQ), which fell 2.57% or 13.00 points to trade at 492.00 at the close. Energix (TASE:ENRG) declined 2.56% or 31.00 points to end at 1,181.00 and Ashtrom Group Ltd (TASE:ASHG) was down 1.14% or 72.00 points to 6,268.00.

Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 242 to 225 and 33 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for June delivery was up 1.91% or 1.34 to $71.38 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in July rose 1.77% or 1.31 to hit $75.48 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract rose 0.19% or 3.90 to trade at $2,023.70 a troy ounce.

USD/ILS was down 0.37% to 3.66, while EUR/ILS unchanged 0.08% to 3.98.

The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.20% at 102.30.
