Mr. Darwick, who will report directly to Interim Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer Ms. Yun Han, brings nearly 20 years of experience in FP&A, product development, and operational finance control. Ed’s strategic mindset and passion for his field are evident. He has successfully operated within diverse environments, including joint ventures, start-ups, and multinational corporations in the US, China, and Japan, with notable contributions at Ford Motor Company (NYSE:F) and Nio (NYSE:NIO).
Ed is well-versed in generating top-down targets and executing bottom-up budgets, leveraging precise data and implementing a reliable forecasting process.
