Lokhandwala has been the strategy chief since October 2018, while Dixon took the role of finance head in 2021.
Dubuc announced her departure on Friday after five years in a role that was charged with improving finances and addressing issues with workplace culture.
She succeeded Vice co-founder Shane Smith, who resigned as CEO following a New York Times investigation of its workplace culture.
Before Vice Media, Dubuc was the top boss at A+E Networks where she oversaw a portfolio of networks that included A&E Network and Lifetime, and its studios and films unit, in her 20 years at the company.
