By 6:40pm ET (11:40pm GMT) Dow Jones Futures, S&P 500 Futures and Nasdaq 100 Futures were all trading within a range of 0.1%.
In extended deals, Discover Financial Services (NYSE:DFS) fell 6.2% after reporting Q4 EPS of $3.77 versus $3.65 expected, while revenue was reported at $3.73 billion versus $3.67 billion expected.
Alcoa Corp (NYSE:AA) lost 4.3% after the company reported Q4 losses of $0.70 per share, worse than expected losses of $0.67, while revenue came in at $2.7 billion versus $2.66 billion expected.
H B Fuller Company (NYSE:FUL) fell 3.9%, reporting Q4 EPS of $1.04 versus $1.24 expected, while revenue came in at $960 million versus $1.01 billion expected.
Ahead in Thursday’s session, investors will be monitoring Building Permits, Philadelphia Fed Manufacturing Index, Initial jobless claims and Housing Starts, while the Fed’s Collins, Brainard and FOMC member Williams are also set to deliver speeches.
On the earnings front, major companies including Procter & Gamble Company (NYSE:PG), Netflix Inc (NASDAQ:NFLX), and Truist Financial Corp (NYSE:TFC) are set to deliver earnings results on Thursday.
During Wednesday’s regular trade, Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 613.9 points or 1.8% to 33,2967, the S&P 500 fell 62.1 points or 1.6% to 3,928.9, posting its worst daily decline in 4 weeks, while the NASDAQ Composite lost 138.1 points or 1.2% to 11,957.
On the bond markets, United States 10-Year rates fell to fresh 4-month lows of 3.379%.
