Denmark stocks lower at close of trade; OMX Copenhagen 20 down 0.51%

At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 lost 0.51%.

The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were GN Store Nord (CSE:GN), which rose 7.13% or 11.30 points to trade at 169.70 at the close. Meanwhile, Pandora A/S (CSE:PNDORA) added 4.38% or 17.20 points to end at 410.30 and Rockwool International B (CSE:ROCKb) was up 3.20% or 46.50 points to 1,500.00 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CSE:VWS), which fell 3.32% or 5.30 points to trade at 154.40 at the close. Novo Nordisk A/S Class B (CSE:NOVOb) declined 1.74% or 14.90 points to end at 841.70 and Orsted A/S (CSE:ORSTED) was down 0.64% or 4.00 points to 621.20.

Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 87 to 60 and 17 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for December delivery was up 4.05% or 3.57 to $91.74 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in January rose 3.43% or 3.25 to hit $97.92 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 2.83% or 46.15 to trade at $1,677.05 a troy ounce.

USD/DKK was down 1.68% to 7.50, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.01% to 7.44.

The US Dollar Index Futures was down 1.46% at 111.16.
