Denmark stocks higher at close of trade; OMX Copenhagen 20 up 0.90%

At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 added 0.90%.

The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Chr Hansen Holding A/S (CSE:CHRH), which rose 14.27% or 52.10 points to trade at 417.20 at the close. Meanwhile, AP Moeller – Maersk A/S B (CSE:MAERSKb) added 3.20% or 450.00 points to end at 14,530.00 and GN Store Nord (CSE:GN) was up 2.87% or 3.55 points to 127.20 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Tryg A/S (CSE:TRYG), which fell 1.13% or 1.80 points to trade at 157.90 at the close. Pandora A/S (CSE:PNDORA) declined 1.10% or 4.10 points to end at 368.10 and Netcompany Group (CSE:NETCG) was down 0.17% or 0.40 points to 235.20.

Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 74 to 67 and 19 ended unchanged.

Shares in Netcompany Group (CSE:NETCG) fell to 52-week lows; down 0.17% or 0.40 to 235.20.

Crude oil for November delivery was down 2.32% or 2.07 to $87.28 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in December fell 2.02% or 1.90 to hit $92.39 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.59% or 10.00 to trade at $1,676.00 a troy ounce.

USD/DKK was unchanged 0.01% to 7.66, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.06% to 7.44.

The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.01% at 113.14.
