Joseph brings with him his 30 years of leadership experience in public and private transportation. He previously served as CEO for Transdev North America (TDNA) from 2006 to 2017, becoming the Global Chief Commercial Officer for Transdev Group and member of the Global Executive Committee. Under his leadership, TDNA increased annual revenues from $50 million to $1.5 billion, serving 200 locations with 20,000 employees.
“Mark brings deep expertise in the areas of public and private transportation, and his insights and experience will help us continue our growth, innovation and ability to serve both our public transit and private sector customers,” said Joe Moye, Chief Executive Officer for Beep. “We welcome him to the Beep family as we continue to enhance our technology platform and scale our services to expand our use cases and grow our business.”

Joseph’s appointment follows the company’s recent announcement of being inducted into the ITS World Congress Hall of Fame as the winner of the 2022 Industry Award in the Americas for their Lake Nona autonomous vehicle network. Beep is also part of the largest autonomous shuttle project in United States history.
