May the odds be ever in her favor! Jennifer Lawrence recently listed her swanky three-bedroom loft in New York City’s star-studded Tribeca neighborhood for a cool $10.5 million.
“The Hunger Games” actress bought the stylish 3,184-square-foot Manhattan pad, located two blocks from the Hudson River Greenway, in 2017 for $9,034,697. After five years, she is looking to cash in on a near $1.5 million profit.
Hopefully, this sale is more successful than the deal she did on her New York City penthouse. It was originally listed for $15.45 million, and the Oscar winner sold it at a loss for $9.9 million.
Inside the Tribeca loft
Designed for an A-lister or high-profile individual with security in mind, the loft is accessible via a key-locked elevator, which also leads to a private garage.
The condo is located in a building that was constructed in 1882 as a book bindery. The historic building was converted into condos in 2016.
Lawrence’s condo has been fully restored with the modern luxuries today’s buyers crave, but historic details remain, including the reclaimed wood beams and matching support columns separating the living room from the dining area.
The loft features a modern-rustic design with an open floor plan, wide-plank white oak floors, high ceilings, and oversize windows.
A chef’s kitchen, designed by Christopher Peacock, is equipped with restaurant-grade appliances, custom wood cabinets, and slate countertops.
According to the listing, the kitchen is decked out with “a windowed Sub-Zero refrigerator, two Miele dishwashers, a vented six-burner Wolf range with griddle, two ovens, pasta pot filler, 70-bottle Gaggeneau wine cooler, integrated Miele coffee machine, and microwave/convection oven.”
The primary suite features a walk-in closet along with three additional closets. The en suite bathroom is clad in Calacatta marble and has radiant floor heating, a dual vanity, a free-standing “egg tub,” and an oversize glass shower.
Building amenities include an indoor pool and fitness center with a private yoga and Pilates studios, as well as a massage room and roof deck.
Lawrence’s property portfolio
The 32-year-old star also owns a four-bedroom townhouse in the West Village that she bought two years ago for a hefty $21,949,375.
On the West Coast, she has a five-bedroom home in Beverly Hills‘ exclusive Hidden Valley Estates neighborhood. She purchased it in 2014 for a lofty $8,225,000. The mansion was once owned by TV host and serial home flipper Ellen DeGeneres.
Other notable stars who have lived in the guard-gated Los Angeles enclave include Adele, Jack Nicholson, Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis, and Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban.
The listing is held by Pamela D’Arc with Compass New York.
