Denmark stocks lower at close of trade; OMX Copenhagen 20 down 0.61%

At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 fell 0.61% to hit a new 3-months low.

The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Pandora A/S (CSE:PNDORA), which rose 3.13% or 12.70 points to trade at 418.90 at the close. Meanwhile, AP Moeller – Maersk A/S B (CSE:MAERSKb) added 2.22% or 325.00 points to end at 14,960.00 and Jyske Bank A/S (CSE:JYSK) was up 1.38% or 5.80 points to 426.90 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CSE:VWS), which fell 4.99% or 8.12 points to trade at 154.70 at the close. Ambu A/S (CSE:AMBUb) declined 4.56% or 3.12 points to end at 65.20 and Genmab (CSE:GMAB) was down 3.24% or 87.00 points to 2,595.00.

Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 96 to 54 and 17 ended unchanged.

Shares in Ambu A/S (CSE:AMBUb) fell to 5-year lows; losing 4.56% or 3.12 to 65.20.

Crude oil for November delivery was down 0.31% or 0.26 to $84.50 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in November fell 0.30% or 0.27 to hit $91.08 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.13% or 2.15 to trade at $1,681.35 a troy ounce.

USD/DKK was up 0.11% to 7.43, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.02% to 7.44.

The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.02% at 109.53.
