Saudi Arabia stocks lower at close of trade; Tadawul All Share down 0.48%

At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share lost 0.48%.

The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were National Metal Manufacturing Co. (SE:2220), which rose 10.00% or 2.65 points to trade at 29.15 at the close. Meanwhile, Development Works Food Co (SE:6013) added 9.97% or 22.80 points to end at 251.60 and Sadr Logistics Co (SE:1832) was up 9.95% or 11.40 points to 126.00 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Halwani Bros (SE:6001), which fell 3.59% or 3.30 points to trade at 88.70 at the close. Sahara International Petrochemical Company SJSC (SE:2310) declined 3.10% or 1.30 points to end at 40.60 and Baazeem Trading Co (SE:4051) was down 3.00% or 3.60 points to 116.60.

Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 125 to 81 and 14 ended unchanged.

Shares in Development Works Food Co (SE:6013) rose to all time highs; rising 9.97% or 22.80 to 251.60. Shares in Sadr Logistics Co (SE:1832) rose to 3-years highs; rising 9.95% or 11.40 to 126.00.

Crude oil for January delivery was down 0.90% or 0.65 to $71.71 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in February fell 0.92% or 0.70 to hit $75.12 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract fell 0.51% or 9.15 to trade at $1776.35 a troy ounce.

EUR/SAR was down 0.27% to 4.2428, while USD/SAR rose 0.00% to 3.7514.

The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.27% at 96.138.
