After his purchase, the Grammy winner invited Architectural Digest over to showcase his interior stylings. Highlights included a Skittles candy machine in the game room, and a dining island with two built-in Korean barbecue charcoal grills, plus an indoor olive tree.

At the time, Zedd called his luxe abode “modern and slick, but really warm.”

But now that he’s spun the swanky spot back onto the market, those warm touches can be enjoyed by the next owner. If that’s not enticing enough, there’s also an almost completed recording studio.

The home spans 11,043 square feet, and the layout offers five bedrooms, six full bathrooms, and three half-bathrooms. The layout opens to a great room with double-height ceilings, an atrium with a fountain, and greenery.

An open kitchen includes a prep area, plus a pantry with access to the dining room.

But perhaps Zedd, 31, doesn’t expect to spend as much time at home. Lucrative tour dates beckon, and his multiyear Las Vegas residency is ramping back up. Alternatively, he simply wants to sell this sweet pad for a profit, and move to another rocking piece of real estate.

Zedd has collaborated with chart-topping artists such as Ariana Grande, Katy Perry, and Selena Gomez. Forbes ranked him as the 17th highest-paid DJ in the world in 2019.
