Saudi Arabia stocks lower at close of trade; Tadawul All Share down 0.88%

At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share lost 0.88% to hit a new 1-month low.

The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Arab Sea Information Systems Co SJSC (SE:7201), which rose 9.89% or 9.00 points to trade at 100.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Al Moammar Information Systems Co CJSC (SE:7200) added 9.83% or 10.40 points to end at 116.20 and Al Andalus Property Co SJSC (SE:4320) was up 3.72% or 0.82 points to 22.88 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Red Sea Housing Services Company (SE:4230), which fell 6.26% or 1.75 points to trade at 26.20 at the close. Solidarity Saudi Takaful Co (SE:8290) declined 4.67% or 0.70 points to end at 14.30 and Arabian Cement Co (SE:3010) was down 4.65% or 2.00 points to 41.00.

Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 179 to 16 and 8 ended unchanged.

Shares in Al Moammar Information Systems Co CJSC (SE:7200) rose to all time highs; rising 9.83% or 10.40 to 116.20. Shares in Al Andalus Property Co SJSC (SE:4320) rose to 52-week highs; gaining 3.72% or 0.82 to 22.88.

Crude oil for March delivery was up 1.10% or 0.60 to $55.36 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in April rose 0.43% or 0.25 to hit $58.05 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract rose 0.37% or 6.80 to trade at $1840.20 a troy ounce.

EUR/SAR was down 0.15% to 4.5100, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.00% to 3.7510.

The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.18% at 91.188.
