Denmark stocks higher at close of trade; OMX Copenhagen 20 up 0.87%

At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 rose 0.87%.

The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were ISS A/S (CSE:ISS), which rose 4.50% or 4.60 points to trade at 106.90 at the close. Meanwhile, Orsted A/S (CSE:ORSTED) added 3.10% or 36.00 points to end at 1196.00 and Royal Unibrew A/S (CSE:RBREW) was up 2.71% or 16 points to 622 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Demant A/S (CSE:DEMANT), which fell 2.55% or 6.0 points to trade at 229.3 at the close. Novozymes A/S B (CSE:NZYMb) declined 0.66% or 2.5 points to end at 374.1 and GN Store Nord (CSE:GN) was down 0.43% or 2.1 points to 485.0.

Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 82 to 59 and 12 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for March delivery was up 0.06% or 0.03 to $52.88 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in April fell 0.09% or 0.05 to hit $55.48 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract rose 0.86% or 15.95 to trade at $1864.85 a troy ounce.

USD/DKK was down 0.17% to 6.1296, while EUR/DKK rose 0.02% to 7.4376.

The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.20% at 90.457.
