Saudi Arabia stocks higher at close of trade; Tadawul All Share up 0.64%

At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share added 0.64% to hit a new 52-week high.

The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Saudi Telecom (SE:7010), which rose 5.44% or 6.00 points to trade at 116.20 at the close. Meanwhile, United Cooperative Assurance Co (SE:8190) added 4.79% or 0.92 points to end at 20.14 and Dallah Healthcare Holding Company (SE:4004) was up 4.78% or 2.35 points to 51.50 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Al Baha Investment and Development Company SJSC (SE:4130), which fell 4.28% or 1.85 points to trade at 41.40 at the close. Red Sea Housing Services Company (SE:4230) declined 3.69% or 0.92 points to end at 24.00 and Saudi Arabian Amiantit Co. (SE:2160) was down 3.35% or 0.78 points to 22.52.

Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 117 to 74 and 12 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for March delivery was down 0.10% or 0.05 to $52.37 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in March fell 0.24% or 0.13 to hit $54.97 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract rose 0.33% or 6.05 to trade at $1835.95 a troy ounce.

EUR/SAR was down 0.14% to 4.5256, while USD/SAR fell 0.01% to 3.7512.

The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.12% at 90.865.
