Westfield Capital Management’s holding in SiTime Corporation decreased to about 114 thousand shares with the transaction.
Westfield Capital Management first bought SiTime Corporation stock in the fourth quarter of 2019. Westfield Capital Management also owns Broadcom Inc (NASDAQ:AVGO), Applied Materials Inc (NASDAQ:AMAT), Microchip Technology Inc (NASDAQ:MCHP) and Lam Research Corp (NASDAQ:LRCX). SiTime Corporation is its number eleven position by number of shares and market value among semiconductors stocks.
Other investors who also reduced their SiTime Corporation shares include Citigroup (NYSE:C), Gilder Gagnon Howe & Co., and Wasatch Advisors. In contrast, California State Teachers Retirement System, Royce & Associates, and Waddell & Reed (NYSE:WDR) Financial added to SITM shares.
Westfield Capital Management also increased their share in Ironwood Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (IRWD). The total value of the shares bought is estimated at around $36 million.
