Denmark stocks lower at close of trade; OMX Copenhagen 20 down 0.01%

At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 declined 0.01%.

The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Pandora A/S (CSE:PNDORA), which rose 2.58% or 17.0 points to trade at 675.2 at the close. Meanwhile, Genmab (CSE:GMAB) added 1.74% or 42.0 points to end at 2462.0 and Ambu A/S (CSE:AMBUb) was up 0.76% or 2.0 points to 264.1 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Rockwool International B (CSE:ROCKb), which fell 1.72% or 40 points to trade at 2292 at the close. Oersted A/S (CSE:ORSTED) declined 1.38% or 17.50 points to end at 1255.00 and GN Store Nord (CSE:GN) was down 0.75% or 3.7 points to 491.0.

Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 72 to 66 and 15 ended unchanged.

Shares in Pandora A/S (CSE:PNDORA) rose to 52-week highs; rising 2.58% or 17.0 to 675.2. Shares in Ambu A/S (CSE:AMBUb) rose to 52-week highs; gaining 0.76% or 2.0 to 264.1.

Crude oil for February delivery was up 0.69% or 0.33 to $48.33 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in March rose 0.74% or 0.38 to hit $51.61 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract rose 0.28% or 5.30 to trade at $1888.20 a troy ounce.

USD/DKK was down 0.28% to 6.0527, while EUR/DKK rose 0.06% to 7.4383.

The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.34% at 89.612.
