At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share declined 0.11%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Advanced Petrochemical Company (SE:2330), which rose 9.89% or 6.20 points to trade at 68.90 at the close. Meanwhile, Saudi Arabia Fertilizers Co. (SE:2020) added 6.31% or 5.10 points to end at 85.90 and Saudi Public Transport Co. (SE:4040) was up 5.46% or 0.94 points to 18.16 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Saudi Arabia Refineries Co. (SE:2030), which fell 4.96% or 6.00 points to trade at 115.00 at the close. Basic Chemical Industries Co (SE:1210) declined 3.03% or 1.10 points to end at 35.20 and CHUBB Arabia Cooperative Insurance (SE:8240) was down 2.87% or 1.00 points to 33.85.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 96 to 92 and 15 ended unchanged.
Shares in Advanced Petrochemical Company (SE:2330) rose to all time highs; up 9.89% or 6.20 to 68.90.
Crude oil for January delivery was up 0.88% or 0.42 to $48.24 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in February rose 0.67% or 0.34 to hit $51.42 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract rose 1.78% or 33.10 to trade at $1892.20 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.43% to 4.5952, while USD/SAR rose 0.01% to 3.7515.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.68% at 89.748.
