Priscilla Presley has just sold her longtime Beverly Hills home. The property closed for $13 million on Dec. 2.

Peter Zimble and Dan Beder of Sotheby’s International Realty represented the buyer. Jonah Wilson at Hilton & Hyland had the listing.

The actress and entrepreneur, who was married to Elvis Presley from 1967 until they divorced in 1973, placed the European-style mansion on the market in August for just under $16 million. It was the first time the retreat had been on the market for 45 years.

In October, she dropped the price to $14.5 million.

Zimble told us the buyer was instantly entranced.

“Our clients were immediately taken with the property,” he says.

He adds that the reimagined residence “is filled with intimate rooms and spaces and exudes palpable romance.”

The property is extremely private and includes just over an acre of lush, mature landscape.

“Standing on one of the estate’s terraces,” he says, “you could easily be in the Italian countryside.”

When it was on the market, the property was described as being “lovingly maintained by the current owner.”

Surrounded by green grounds, this gated “true sanctuary” lies within the city limits of Beverly Hills.

The estate includes ornate Old World interiors, anchored by an 8,550-square-foot main house with seven bedrooms. There are also staff quarters.

A guest suite with a separate entrance is located above the garage, perfect for visitors or as a separate place to work or study.

Inside, nearly every room opens out to lush gardens, terraces, and rolling lawns. Multiple grand entertaining spaces include a formal living room, dining room, and library.

Other details include beamed and vaulted ceilings, a stone staircase, arched doorways, and multiple French doors. Upstairs, the master suite includes two bathrooms and a private terrace.

The grounds include a pool and lighted tennis court, connected by brick pathways and surrounded by shrubs, grass, and mature trees. An outdoor fireplace is emblazoned with the home’s moniker, Villa Nostra.

Presley also let go of a Brentwood-area property where her mother and stepfather lived.

The actress listed the place in 2019 for $3.65 million “as-is in its current condition with no credits or repairs by seller.” It sold over the asking price, for $3.8 million. Presley had purchased the traditional-style property for her family in 1976 for $170,000.

Presley starred in the “Naked Gun” movie franchise and the TV show “Dallas.” She also served as chairwoman of Elvis Presley Enterprises, the company that turned Graceland into a top tourist attraction.
