Denmark stocks lower at close of trade; OMX Copenhagen 20 down 0.60%

At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 fell 0.60%.

The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Lundbeck A/S (CSE:LUN), which rose 3.55% or 6.9 points to trade at 201.0 at the close. Meanwhile, Royal Unibrew A/S (CSE:RBREW) added 3.01% or 21 points to end at 711 and Danske Bank A/S (CSE:DANSKE) was up 3.20% or 3.2 points to 103.3 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Coloplast A/S (CSE:COLOb), which fell 2.08% or 20.0 points to trade at 940.2 at the close. Oersted A/S (CSE:ORSTED) declined 1.44% or 16.00 points to end at 1094.00 and Novo Nordisk A/S Class B (CSE:NOVOb) was down 1.33% or 5.7 points to 423.3.

Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 88 to 49 and 11 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for December delivery was up 4.01% or 1.61 to $41.74 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in January rose 4.00% or 1.71 to hit $44.49 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.15% or 2.90 to trade at $1889.10 a troy ounce.

USD/DKK was down 0.07% to 6.2904, while EUR/DKK rose 0.02% to 7.4478.

The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.13% at 92.627.
