Denmark stocks higher at close of trade; OMX Copenhagen 20 up 0.82%

At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 added 0.82%.

The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were ISS A/S (CSE:ISS), which rose 4.41% or 3.66 points to trade at 86.60 at the close. Meanwhile, Danske Bank A/S (CSE:DANSKE) added 4.50% or 3.8 points to end at 88.8 and Lundbeck A/S (CSE:LUN) was up 2.86% or 5.2 points to 185.2 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Ambu A/S (CSE:AMBUb), which fell 2.55% or 5.0 points to trade at 188.8 at the close. Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CSE:VWS) declined 1.33% or 14.5 points to end at 1076.5 and Oersted A/S (CSE:ORSTED) was down 0.10% or 1.00 points to 1013.50.

Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 102 to 38 and 9 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for December delivery was up 0.28% or 0.10 to $35.89 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in January rose 0.29% or 0.11 to hit $38.05 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.55% or 10.30 to trade at $1890.20 a troy ounce.

USD/DKK was up 0.18% to 6.4031, while EUR/DKK fell 0.00% to 7.4455.

The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.17% at 94.198.
