Denmark stocks higher at close of trade; OMX Copenhagen 20 up 0.21%

At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 rose 0.21%.

The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Pandora A/S (CSE:PNDORA), which rose 2.69% or 14.0 points to trade at 534.0 at the close. Meanwhile, ISS A/S (CSE:ISS) added 2.36% or 2.08 points to end at 90.06 and Danske Bank A/S (CSE:DANSKE) was up 2.22% or 2.0 points to 93.8 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were DSV (CSE:DSV), which fell 1.46% or 15.5 points to trade at 1045.0 at the close. Tryg A/S (CSE:TRYG) declined 1.45% or 2.8 points to end at 190.0 and GN Store Nord (CSE:GN) was down 1.36% or 6.6 points to 479.7.

Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 71 to 47 and 33 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for December delivery was down 1.87% or 0.76 to $39.88 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in December fell 1.72% or 0.73 to hit $41.73 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.28% or 5.25 to trade at $1899.35 a troy ounce.

USD/DKK was down 0.16% to 6.2847, while EUR/DKK rose 0.04% to 7.4412.

The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.08% at 92.890.
