Israel stocks lower at close of trade; TA 35 down 0.24%

At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 35 declined 0.24%.

The best performers of the session on the TA 35 were Mivne Real Estate KD Ltd (TASE:MVNE), which rose 2.89% or 19 points to trade at 669 at the close. Meanwhile, Energean Oil & Gas PLC (TASE:ENOG) added 2.42% or 59 points to end at 2493 and Maytronics (TASE:MTRN) was up 1.91% or 96 points to 5127 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were OPKO Health Inc (TASE:OPK), which fell 4.34% or 66 points to trade at 1454 at the close. Ormat Technologies (TASE:ORA) declined 2.82% or 700 points to end at 24120 and ICL Israel Chemicals Ltd (TASE:ICL) was down 2.34% or 30 points to 1250.

Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 199 to 182 and 34 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for December delivery was down 4.29% or 1.79 to $39.91 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in December fell 3.73% or 1.61 to hit $41.55 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.73% or 14.05 to trade at $1929.45 a troy ounce.

USD/ILS was down 0.12% to 3.3754, while EUR/ILS rose 0.33% to 4.0077.

The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.55% at 92.543.
