Saudi Arabia stocks lower at close of trade; Tadawul All Share down 0.88%

At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share fell 0.88%.

The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Amana Cooperative Insurance Co (SE:8310), which rose 9.88% or 2.40 points to trade at 26.70 at the close. Meanwhile, Malath Cooperative Insurance Co (SE:8020) added 6.13% or 1.00 points to end at 17.30 and Salama Cooperative Insurance Co (SE:8050) was up 3.85% or 0.72 points to 19.42 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Tihama Advertising&Public Relations (SE:4070), which fell 4.91% or 2.55 points to trade at 49.35 at the close. Nama Chemicals Co. (SE:2210) declined 4.69% or 1.50 points to end at 30.50 and Al-Jouf Agriculture Development Co (SE:6070) was down 4.30% or 1.80 points to 40.10.

Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 155 to 42 and 5 ended unchanged.

Shares in Amana Cooperative Insurance Co (SE:8310) rose to 3-years highs; up 9.88% or 2.40 to 26.70. Shares in Malath Cooperative Insurance Co (SE:8020) rose to 52-week highs; gaining 6.13% or 1.00 to 17.30. Shares in Salama Cooperative Insurance Co (SE:8050) rose to 52-week highs; gaining 3.85% or 0.72 to 19.42.

Crude oil for November delivery was down 3.92% or 1.62 to $39.70 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in November fell 3.48% or 1.50 to hit $41.65 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 2.43% or 47.65 to trade at $1914.45 a troy ounce.

EUR/SAR was down 0.80% to 4.4082, while USD/SAR fell 0.00% to 3.7506.

The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.69% at 93.595.
