Berkshire Hathaway’s holding in DaVita HealthCare Partners Inc decreased to about 36 million shares with the transaction.

Berkshire Hathaway first bought DaVita HealthCare Partners Inc stock in the fourth quarter of 2011.

Other investors who also reduced their DaVita HealthCare Partners Inc shares include Bridgewater Associates, California State Teachers Retirement System, and Eaton Vance (NYSE:EV) Management. In contrast, First Eagle Investment Management, PGGM Investments, and Victory Capital Management added to DVA shares, while Polar Capital, M&G Investment Management, and BT Investment Management established new holdings in DaVita HealthCare Partners Inc.
