Israel stocks lower at close of trade; TA 35 down 0.25%

At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 35 lost 0.25%.

The best performers of the session on the TA 35 were Bezeq Israeli Telecommunication Corp Ltd (TASE:BEZQ), which rose 3.95% or 14.0 points to trade at 368.0 at the close. Meanwhile, Maytronics (TASE:MTRN) added 3.12% or 154 points to end at 5084 and Melisron (TASE:MLSR) was up 2.67% or 340 points to 13090 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Nice Ltd (TASE:NICE), which fell 2.32% or 1790 points to trade at 75200 at the close. Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd (TASE:TEVA) declined 1.93% or 65 points to end at 3301 and Poalim (TASE:POLI) was down 1.89% or 39 points to 2021.

Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 202 to 193 and 28 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for October delivery was up 0.61% or 0.26 to $42.60 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in November rose 1.40% or 0.63 to hit $45.56 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.39% or 7.65 to trade at $1939.35 a troy ounce.

USD/ILS was up 0.06% to 3.4031, while EUR/ILS rose 0.10% to 4.0163.

The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.00% at 93.237.
