Four of the country’s most prominent tech CEOs are scheduled to testify before a House panel Monday, but a new report says that highly anticipated hearing may be delayed due to plans for the late Rep. John Lewis to lie in state at the U.S. Capitol.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnel, R-Ky., announced late Thursday that Lewis’s body will lie in state at the east front steps of the Capitol for public viewing Monday night and Tuesday. Lewis, an icon of the civil rights era and a 17-term congressman from Georgia, died July 17.
