Saudi Arabia stocks lower at close of trade; Tadawul All Share down 0.13%

At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share lost 0.13%.

The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Al Hokair Group (SE:1820), which rose 9.97% or 1.36 points to trade at 15.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Al-Jouf Agriculture Development Co (SE:6070) added 9.19% or 2.65 points to end at 31.50 and Saudi Printing & Packaging Company (SE:4270) was up 5.63% or 0.72 points to 13.52 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Allied Cooperative Insurance Group SJSC (SE:8150), which fell 9.76% or 2.65 points to trade at 24.50 at the close. Arabian Pipes Company (SE:2200) declined 5.16% or 0.70 points to end at 12.86 and Saudi Ceramic Co. (SE:2040) was down 4.62% or 1.60 points to 33.00.

Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 96 to 93 and 11 ended unchanged.

Shares in Al-Jouf Agriculture Development Co (SE:6070) rose to 52-week highs; gaining 9.19% or 2.65 to 31.50.

Crude oil for August delivery was unchanged 0.00% or 0.00 to $39.83 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in August rose 1.08% or 0.45 to hit $41.96 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract rose 1.47% or 25.40 to trade at $1756.50 a troy ounce.

EUR/SAR was down 0.20% to 4.1933, while USD/SAR rose 0.03% to 3.7518.

The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.24% at 97.637.
