Perhaps the only thing stranger than seeing Times Square standing almost deserted on a picture-perfect spring day is finding that one of the few people gawking at the scene is Rudy Giuliani.
But that’s what attorney Daniel Ackman discovered when he biked into the heart of Manhattan over the weekend, just hours before New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s “PAUSE” provisions canceling non-essential gatherings to prevent the spread of the coronavirus went into effect. Ackman recognized the former NYC mayor and presidential candidate (donning a New York Yankees cap, naturally), who allowed him to take this picture.
