At the close in Tel Aviv, the rose 1.11% to hit a new all time high.
The best performers of the session on the were Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd (TASE:), which rose 8.02% or 345 points to trade at 4645 at the close. Meanwhile, Isramco Negev 2 LP (TASE:) added 7.06% or 3.1 points to end at 47.0 and Alony Hetz Properties and Investments Ltd (TASE:) was up 3.88% or 224 points to 6003 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Energean Oil & Gas PLC (TASE:), which fell 1.61% or 56 points to trade at 3433 at the close. Ormat Technologies (TASE:) declined 1.42% or 410 points to end at 28540 and Harel (TASE:) was down 1.26% or 30 points to 2349.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 261 to 136 and 21 ended unchanged.
Shares in Alony Hetz Properties and Investments Ltd (TASE:) rose to all time highs; gaining 3.88% or 224 to 6003.
Crude oil for March delivery was up 2.72% or 1.36 to $51.30 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in April rose 3.65% or 1.97 to hit $55.98 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract rose 0.07% or 1.05 to trade at $1571.15 a troy ounce.
USD/ILS was up 0.45% to 3.4302, while EUR/ILS rose 0.14% to 3.7322.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.22% at 98.812.
