At the close in Copenhagen, the rose 0.83% to hit a new all time high.
The best performers of the session on the were Oersted A/S (CSE:), which rose 2.77% or 20.20 points to trade at 749.60 at the close. Meanwhile, AP Moeller – Maersk A/S B (CSE:) added 2.13% or 180 points to end at 8622 and Pandora A/S (CSE:) was up 2.04% or 7.5 points to 375.4 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Carlsberg A/S B (CSE:), which fell 0.72% or 7.5 points to trade at 1038.5 at the close. Ambu A/S (CSE:) declined 0.52% or 0.6 points to end at 115.5 and ISS A/S (CSE:) was down 0.47% or 0.80 points to 171.00.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 95 to 37 and 18 ended unchanged.
Shares in Oersted A/S (CSE:) rose to all time highs; rising 2.77% or 20.20 to 749.60. Shares in Pandora A/S (CSE:) rose to 52-week highs; up 2.04% or 7.5 to 375.4.
Crude oil for March delivery was down 2.55% or 1.42 to $54.17 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in March fell 2.45% or 1.52 to hit $60.52 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract rose 0.44% or 6.95 to trade at $1572.35 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.28% to 6.7783, while EUR/DKK rose 0.04% to 7.4738.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.22% at 97.695.
