At the close in Copenhagen, the gained 2.49% to hit a new all time high.
The best performers of the session on the were Novo Nordisk A/S Class B (CSE:), which rose 5.03% or 20.1 points to trade at 418.6 at the close. Meanwhile, Lundbeck A/S (CSE:) added 3.83% or 10.2 points to end at 276.3 and Ambu A/S (CSE:) was up 3.26% or 3.5 points to 112.5 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Chr. Hansen Holding A/S (CSE:), which fell 6.09% or 32.4 points to trade at 499.2 at the close. AP Moeller – Maersk A/S B (CSE:) declined 3.64% or 328 points to end at 8674 and Danske Bank A/S (CSE:) was down 0.69% or 0.8 points to 107.2.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 74 to 63 and 14 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for February delivery was down 0.38% or 0.22 to $58.01 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in March fell 0.45% or 0.29 to hit $64.20 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract rose 0.56% or 8.65 to trade at $1553.25 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.27% to 6.6964, while EUR/DKK rose 0.03% to 7.4732.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.20% at 96.900.
