At the close in Frankfurt, the added 0.94% to hit a new 52-week high, while the index gained 1.73%, and the index added 1.24%.
The best performers of the session on the were Deutsche Bank AG NA O.N. (DE:), which rose 3.56% or 0.239 points to trade at 6.960 at the close. Meanwhile, Wirecard AG (DE:) added 3.16% or 3.300 points to end at 107.750 and Adidas AG (DE:) was up 2.58% or 7.20 points to 285.80 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Volkswagen AG VZO O.N. (DE:), which fell 0.58% or 1.06 points to trade at 182.24 at the close. Infineon Technologies AG NA O.N. (DE:) declined 0.12% or 0.025 points to end at 21.020 and Heidelbergcement AG O.N. (DE:) was down 0.12% or 0.080 points to 67.460.
The top performers on the MDAX were Evotec AG O.N. (DE:) which rose 6.59% to 22.800, Grenke N AG (DE:) which was up 5.57% to settle at 91.95 and Scout24 AG (DE:) which gained 5.52% to close at 58.350.
The worst performers were Leoni AG (DE:) which was down 2.29% to 10.465 in late trade, Siltronic AG (DE:) which lost 1.27% to settle at 88.580 and Telefonica Deutschland Holding AG (DE:) which was down 0.08% to 2.660 at the close.
The top performers on the TecDAX were Evotec AG O.N. (DE:) which rose 6.59% to 22.800, Nordex SE O.N. (DE:) which was up 4.59% to settle at 12.770 and Medigene NA O.N. (DE:) which gained 4.22% to close at 4.450.
The worst performers were Isra Vision O.N. (DE:) which was down 5.11% to 39.00 in late trade, Siltronic AG (DE:) which lost 1.27% to settle at 88.580 and SMA Solar Technology AG (DE:) which was down 0.37% to 32.520 at the close.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange by 525 to 172 and 59 ended unchanged.
Shares in Scout24 AG (DE:) rose to all time highs; gaining 5.52% or 3.050 to 58.350.

Gold Futures for February delivery was down 0.12% or 1.75 to $1479.45 a troy ounce. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Crude oil for delivery in February rose 0.32% or 0.19 to hit $60.17 a barrel, while the February Brent oil contract rose 0.48% or 0.31 to trade at $65.53 a barrel.
EUR/USD was up 0.21% to 1.1142, while EUR/GBP rose 0.26% to 0.8363.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.10% at 96.645.
