The best performers of the session on the were Bazan Oil Refineries Ltd (TASE:), which rose 3.44% or 5.4 points to trade at 162.5 at the close. Meanwhile, Energean Oil & Gas PLC (TASE:) added 3.24% or 137.00 points to end at 4362.00 and Harel (TASE:) was up 2.27% or 62 points to 2795 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Delek Drilling LP (TASE:), which fell 2.55% or 22 points to trade at 820 at the close. Perrigo (TASE:) declined 2.16% or 410 points to end at 18590 and Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd (TASE:) was down 1.97% or 67 points to 3333.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 197 to 196 and 22 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for February delivery was unchanged 0.00% or 0.00 to $59.98 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in February rose 1.14% or 0.73 to hit $64.93 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract rose 0.54% or 7.90 to trade at $1480.20 a troy ounce.
USD/ILS was up 0.26% to 3.4847, while EUR/ILS rose 0.21% to 3.8756.
The US Dollar Index Futures was unchanged 0.00% at 96.745.
