At the close in Tel Aviv, the added 0.71% to hit a new 3-years high.
The best performers of the session on the were Mizrahi Tefahot (TASE:), which rose 4.17% or 372 points to trade at 9288 at the close. Meanwhile, Shapir Engineering Industry (TASE:) added 4.08% or 84.00 points to end at 2141.00 and First International Bank of Israel Ltd (TASE:) was up 3.90% or 400 points to 10650 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Gazit Globe Ltd (TASE:), which fell 2.74% or 106 points to trade at 3756 at the close. Fattal 1998 Holdings Ltd (TASE:) declined 1.94% or 1050 points to end at 53050 and Energean Oil & Gas PLC (TASE:) was down 1.87% or 79.00 points to 4137.00.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 198 to 195 and 31 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for January delivery was down 0.10% or 0.06 to $58.05 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in February rose 0.06% or 0.04 to hit $63.05 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract rose 0.09% or 1.35 to trade at $1462.15 a troy ounce.
USD/ILS was up 0.33% to 3.4758, while EUR/ILS rose 0.44% to 3.8267.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.00% at 98.285.
