At the close in Saudi Arabia, the rose 0.63%.
The best performers of the session on the were Middle East Healthcare Co CJSC (SE:), which rose 6.07% or 1.46 points to trade at 25.50 at the close. Meanwhile, Al Hassan Ghazi Ibrahim Shaker (SE:) added 3.79% or 0.31 points to end at 8.48 and Samba Financial Group (SE:) was up 3.07% or 0.85 points to 28.50 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Saudi Paper Manufacturing Co. (SE:), which fell 4.17% or 0.98 points to trade at 22.54 at the close. Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance (SE:) declined 3.36% or 0.36 points to end at 10.34 and Al Hokair Group (SE:) was down 2.91% or 0.42 points to 14.00.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 103 to 85 and 8 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for December delivery was up 1.85% or 1.04 to $57.39 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in January rose 1.15% or 0.71 to hit $62.45 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.51% or 7.55 to trade at $1485.55 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.03% to 4.1508, while USD/SAR rose 0.00% to 3.7502.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.08% at 97.847.
