The worst performers of the session were Galaxy Resources Ltd (ASX:), which fell 7.10% or 0.065 points to trade at 0.850 at the close. Pro Medicus Ltd (ASX:) declined 6.06% or 1.820 points to end at 28.190 and Mayne Pharma Group Ltd (ASX:) was down 4.35% or 0.025 points to 0.550.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Sydney Stock Exchange by 632 to 489 and 307 ended unchanged.
Shares in Galaxy Resources Ltd (ASX:) fell to 3-years lows; falling 7.10% or 0.065 to 0.850.
