Investing.com – Cosmetics company Ulta Beauty (NASDAQ:) rose in midday trade on Tuesday after news that a director had snapped up hundreds of thousands of shares of the company.
Director Charles Heilbronn bought around 243,800 shares in a number of transactions on Thursday, bringing his total to around 2 million shares of Ulta.
The company jumped 5.7% in midday trade.
